This book, one of the first treaties of which could be called feminist, and one of the first published by a woman in the United States, was produced by H. Mather Crocker in 1818.
The copy held by the Merrick Archives has sustained very little damage save corners, and measures 7.75 in by 4.75 in by 0.5 inches in dimension.
