This book, published in 1786, is a three volume set of paragraph-by-paragraph analysis of the meaning of the Bible. It is notable for it's popularity among protestant Evangelical preachers, with a notable occurance being taking the step to identify the papacy as the antichrist. 

The copy held in the Merrick Archives has some binding loose, and measures 17 in by 11 in by 3.5 inches.
